Tickets

Tickets went on sale on 1st October 2025 at 18:30 (UK time). Full passes (socials and lessons) cost £140, and social only passes will cost £60.

This event is now sold out for both leaders and followers. You can add yourself to the waiting list, and you'll be automatically emailed if a space becomes free. Once Dancecloud has sent the email, it will give you a limited amount of time to respond an buy a ticket, in order to be fair to everyone on the waitlist. See Dancecloud's own information about how this works. Note: when requesting tickets on Dancecloud, you are requesting all of the tickets you ask for, so Dancecloud will only make you an offer of tickets if it can offer you all of them, i.e. it will treat requests for multiple tickets as a group booking.

We believe that everyone should have access to opportunities to dance and learn, no matter your financial situation. To that end, we are offering some discounted passes to this event for those who otherwise would be unable to afford to attend. The code ACCESSTOCLASS will reduce the full pass to £110, and the code ACCESSTOPARTY will reduce the social pass to £50. Please email welfare@cambridgeswingdance.com with any questions on these passes.

T-shirts

Our festival shirt for this edition features a design called “Interchange”, created especially for us by artist and local dancer Gena Hudkova. Gena, who also designed our festival logo, brought her unique style and connection to  into this piece. Here are a few of her thoughts on the design:

"I (quite clearly) got inspired by Bauhaus with this one. I liked the idea of taking simple shapes and just playing around, having no clear plan of what it should look like in the end, and just seeing where it leads me – combining/overlapping the shapes in different ways, creating interesting patterns, overlays and rhythms, which resembles how I see dancing, I guess. Some combinations are familiar and comfortable, whereas others might create unexpected forms, but eventually come together as a coherent composition.”

T-shirts can only be ordered through our online ticketing platform. To reduce waste, they will not be available for purchase during the festival weekend.

The weekend will be held at Storey's Field Centre in Eddington on the outskirts of Cambridge. There is free parking in the local park and ride facility, and buses go there regularly from the station and city centre.
