2 days of workshops for 2 levels:

• Intermediate Level lindy hop classes (see level description on Swing Sanctuary main page)

• Advanced Level lindy hop classes (see level description on Swing Sanctuary main page)

Parties

• Friday and Saturday social dances with live bands.

• Sunday tea dance.

  
  

Ticket prices

• £140 for a single weekend ticket.

  • Your ticket for the workshops will include entry to all of the parties.

• £50 for a weekend party pass.

• An Access to Dance coupon is available, giving 20% off the price for people who would otherwise be unable to afford to attend. Use the coupon code ACCESS2SANCTUARY at the checkout.

• Tickets will be available on the door for the Sunday tea dance only: £10, card/contactless only.

Waitlist and transfers

• We will operate the waitlist until midnight on the evening of Wednesday 19th March.

• Once the waitlist is closed, tickets can be transferred through private sales (where the buyer pays the seller directly).

  • As a seller, you can advertise on the Swing Sanctuary Facebook event (or anywhere else you'd like).

    • If your Facebook profile name is a (no doubt hilarious) joke name, we won't be able to verify it matches the name of a ticket holder. Because of the problems with scammers on Facebook, we will delete your post unless you message us first to tell us who you really are.

  • For buyers, we are happy to confirm that a seller holds a ticket if you contact us. On the Facebook event, we'll comment as CSD underneath posts from genuine sellers, as ticket scammers have found our Facebook events in the past.

  • The buyer should get the ticket with the accompanying QR code from the seller.

  • It'd be helpful to tell us the name and email of the buyer so we can send them any info during or after the event.

• We're OK with ticket transfers from private sales, at any time prior to that ticket with the accompanying QR code being presented on the door (this is an improvement on our standard Terms and Conditions which imposed a cut off 24 hours before the event).

See our standard Terms and Conditions. With the exception of the waiting lists we run, CSD do not offer refunds if you cannot attend though no fault on our part. We suggest you buy your own insurance (or check whether any existing home or purchase insurance you have covers this) to guard against this eventuality.
