Terms and Conditions

Ticket sales are subject to our Terms and Conditions. Summary:

• CSD do not offer refunds if you cannot attend through no fault on our part. We suggest you buy your own insurance (or check whether any existing home or credit card purchase insurance you have covers this) to guard against this eventuality.

• All sales on this site are now closed, including returns via the waiting list.

• If you cannot attend, you have the option of selling a ticket privately (so that the buyer sends you money directly). You can do this any time before the ticket with its QR code is presented on the front desk: they send you the money, you send them the QR code. If you've previously asked us to sell the ticket via the waitlist, wait for us to confirm it's no longer available there before you make any private sale. The Facebook event might be a good place to try to sell a ticket.

If you are offered a ticket in a private sale, you may wish to contact us to confirm that the seller genuinely holds a ticket before sending them any money. Be especially cautious of tickets offered on the the Facebook event. We'll comment as the CSD page underneath genuine sellers, confirming they have a ticket (and we'll do our best to delete comments from scammers, though they're quite persistent).

Access to dance discounts

We believe that everyone should have access to opportunities to dance and learn, no matter your financial situation. We offer passes costing £70 to this event for students, those on lower incomes, and anyone who would otherwise find it harder to attend. Please use this if this helps enable you to join us.
