Nearly there...
People sometimes make a mistake on Dancecloud bookings, and miss out on tickets as a result.

When add yourself to the waiting list on Dancecloud, you are requesting all the tickets in your booking. If there's more than one ticket in a booking, this is a group booking. The system will only offer you tickets if it can offer tickets to all of your group.

For example, the person below requested a tickets for two people, one of whom wants a social pass and the other a switch pass. The system will only offer them tickets if all these tickets are available.

Once an event is completely sold out, when someone with a ticket tells us they can't make it, that usually means a single ticket becomes available. If you're on the waiting list in a group including that ticket, the system will not offer you that ticket, because it can't accommodate your whole group.

If you're genuinely a group (often a pair) who will only come if all of you get tickets, this is fine.

But if you're one person who would be happy with multiple ticket types, the best way for you to use the waiting list is to make multiple bookings, one for each ticket you're interested in.

One more THING...

For our weekend events, typically a full weekend pass includes all the socials, so you do not need an additional social pass alongside a full weekend pass.
