Class size will be limited to 24 attendees. This class costs £7. On 8th March, Alistair will teach The Trickeration in a special one-off taster class. The Trickeration is a beautiful solo jazz choreography popularised by Norma Miller, one of the original Savoy Ballroom dancers. Though short (about half a song), it is fairly tricky, and it contains some great authentic moves and sequences that will challenge you and inspire your solo improvisation. The taster class will aim to teach as much as possible of the routine in the hour available, without going too deeply into technique and styling. If you want to go deeper into this sort of thing, good options are to study using the internet, or to join the CSD performance troupe!
